Elkamak Vibrating Screen
The Elkamak Vibrating Screen is designed to separate and classify materials according to the required particle sizes in crushing and screening plants. It efficiently screens stone, aggregate, sand, gravel, mineral ore and similar materials, improving overall production performance.
Operating Principle
Material fed onto the screening surface moves forward under a powerful and controlled vibrating motion. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through to the lower deck, while larger particles continue along the surface. The material is consequently divided into the required fractions.
Screening surfaces with different openings and multiple-deck configurations allow several product sizes to be produced during a single screening process.
