Working Principle

Material is fed from the top into the crushing chamber between the moving mantle and the fixed concave. Driven by the eccentric movement of the central shaft, the mantle continuously compresses the material against the concave.

As the material moves down through the crushing chamber, it is gradually reduced in size. Particles that reach the required dimensions are discharged through the lower opening. The adjustable discharge setting enables precise control of the final product size.
