Elkamak Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
The Elkamak Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is engineered to produce high-quality sand and fine aggregates through controlled impact crushing. Its high-speed vertical rotor accelerates the material and directs it into the crushing chamber, where impact forces reduce it to smaller sizes.
This controlled crushing process produces material with a uniform particle distribution and a highly cubical shape.
Working Principle
Material entering through the feed hopper is directed towards the vertical rotor at the centre of the crusher. The high-speed rotor accelerates the material and throws it outwards into the crushing chamber. The material is reduced through collisions with other particles and the impact surfaces inside the chamber.
Rotor speed and feed rate can be adjusted to control the particle size and distribution of the final product according to production requirements.
