Overview
Elkamak Secondary Impact Crusher
The Elkamak Secondary Impact Crusher is engineered to reduce material discharged from the primary crushing stage into smaller and more controlled sizes. It can process feed material measuring 250–350 mm and produce cubical final products ranging from 0 to 80 mm.
Operating with high impact force, the system provides efficient secondary crushing and high-quality product geometry on medium- to low-hardness materials.
Working Principle
Material entering the crushing chamber is struck by the blow bars mounted on a high-speed rotor. The rotor accelerates the material and directs it towards the impact plates, where repeated collisions progressively reduce its size.
The hydraulic adjustment system controls the position of the impact plates and the discharge opening, allowing the final product size to be adjusted according to production requirements.
