Overview
Elkamak Tertiary Crusher
The Elkamak Tertiary Crusher is engineered to produce fine and accurately sized final products during the last stage of the crushing process. Its high-speed impact-crushing principle provides effective performance in manufactured sand, fine aggregate and cubical material production.
The hydraulic adjustment system allows the crushing settings to be easily configured according to production requirements, providing precise control over the final product size.
Working Principle
Material entering the crushing chamber is struck by the blow bars mounted on a high-speed rotor. The rotor accelerates the material and directs it towards the impact plates, where repeated collisions progressively reduce its size.
This process produces a finer and more consistent particle distribution. The hydraulic system allows the final product size and crushing precision to be controlled according to operational requirements.
